Website or not website?
Make your own web site. Make available your photos and resume. You can also give your recording-samples, video-clips and your photo business-card on printable version. Think of it as if a printed-magazine published an article with your profile. This is your chance. It's better to get your own domain name, i.e. www.yourname.com and that your site is professional looking and easy to navigate. Submit it to all major search engines and also to acting sites, etc.

Use also for your promotion all the new media tools on the web (Blogs, Podcast, videocast, social networking spaces, facebook groups, industry platforms, etc.) Use them in a way they portray not only yourself but your good taste too. (Subtle colors, not much contrast, easy to read text, etc.) And don't forget to connect the dots (i.e. put the links of all these in one another and in your printed bio)
